At sea fish processor work?

I;m on stand by for a Seattle based Head and Gut operation for work as a fish processor at sea on one of their factory trawlers.I was wondering if anybody here has done this kind of work and what kind of career this can be. Any and all info is greatly appreciated.|||Be prepared for a lot of long hours, cold conditions. Follow their safety instructions carefully to avoid injury.Be willing to work hard, volunteer to help out in your off hours to learn new skills and you might have a a chance to move off the slime line and into a more "career" level position.
