How would you describe a typical public school in the philippines? (metro manila)?

well i really dont know... but i wish to visit Japan someday since i really like how civilized they've become..and plus the hot chicks with mini skirtsbtw im White (American).|||Well, all schools differ but they have general problems like the lack of rooms or teachers, problems about sanitary keeping in rest rooms, quality education, student discipline (e.g. relationships, peer pressure) and etc.
