How to Leave Good Meaningful Feedback, Positive or Not

Feedback is permanant, and MOST okayers highly value their feedback. Please think before you react, as most issues can be worked out. I have seen so many feedbacks that have been mutually withdrawn, but the scars of those gements are still there.
Feedback is very important to okay buyers and sellers, if it is meaningful. Leaving a quick, well worded feedback is beneficial for everyone. Below are several examples, and how they can be made better.
SELLER FEEDBACK EXAMPLES:Positive Feedback: Thanks Thanks for what? Were you justrelieved that you finally received IT?Better Positive Feedback: Fast safe shipping. Item arrived in perfect condition Better...this feedback letseveryone know that the seller ships fast, and packs correctly. you received your item, so the chances are pretty good that everyone else will as well.Neutral: Didn't fit. Got money back. Whose fault was it that it didn't fit? Was the size listed incorrectly, or?Better Neutral: Item not stated size. Returned. Refunded. Better...This shows that the item was not correctly described and the seller took it back. So, while it was not a positive experience, the seller did refundthe buyer'smoney. Mistakes do happen, so leaving a negative would not be appropriate in this case.Negative Feedback: Jerk Humm...leteveryone know what the problem was...Better Negative Feedback: It has been 30 days. Noitem or contact. Better...This feedback tells other potential buyersthat they may never receive their item.
BUYER FEEDBACK EXAMPLES:Positive Feedback: Great Buyer Why is this buyer great?Better Positive Feedback: Instant Payment. Thank You! Better...Instant Payment indicates very fast Paypal or other electronic paymentNeutral: Thanks Humm...is this just thanks that the transaction is over?Better Neutral: Finally received Payment, 14days later Better...If everyone is having to wait 14 days to receive payment to get their money, at least you know you will eventually be paid. Sincethe sellerDID get paid, a neutral is fair.Negative: Don't do business with this person Humm...again, what was the problem?Better Negative: NPB, no response to emails, been 30 days! Better...the seller never recieved payment and never received an email explaining why. Plus, they waited 30 days, allowing for vacations, emergencies, power outages, etc.
Please understand that feedback is permanent.Give fellow okayers every chance to get a positive. If you were the seller and you got paid, or a buyer and you received your item, gee up with something nice to say!
Thank you for taking the time to read this guide. Hopefully this gave you some ideas as to what most okayers are looking for in a meaningful feedback. There is, of course, no such thing as a bad positive feedback. However, you can make a positive feedback even better.
Please take a second and indicate if this guide was helpful or not. Everyone sends me messages in My okay, saying the guide was helpful, but I would really appreciate the vote of confidence.
