How safe is Murray Hills (Queens, Flushing) NY for travelers?

How safe is Murray Hills (Flushing Queens) NY for travelers?HI I am traveling to NY in a few days and I would like to ask this questionI was traveling in DC area and somehow ended up in a very bad neighborhood and now i am very concerned about the safety wherever i goi am going solo thats why i am more particular about iti am asian (korean) and i was wondering how safe murray hills would bewhere i would be staying is like a min. from LIRR murray hills station..it might seem a bit ridiculous asking this question but i am being serious and I would like a serious answerthank you|||LIRR ride to Murray Hill is safe. The area is fine -- not rich, not poor. Northern Blvd is busy.|||Its safe. Flushing is an Asian working/middle class area of Queens.Pretty nice i guess. The LIRR should be safe as long as its not at night.
