Where to travel in europe?

Im from canada, I wanna travel to a European country for 1 month, although im not sure which. Im 22, im not too interested in museums, I;d like to have fun stuff to do while im there, and im not the type to go clubbing and stuff. At first I was thinking maybe france, since I speak french, but im not sure.. Seems like it main attractions are shopping and museums. I like beaches, although I could do fine without them. I just want to be kept busy for 4 weeks. Any suggestions?
